No more Thanksgiving.
No more Christmas.
No more New Years.
Face it… we’re now in the doldrums of winter.
In Kentucky, I’ve not seen too much snow so far in my third year here. We recently had a streak of near zero temperatures, but NO SNOW. What a waste…
With that said, it feels like right now, as we start new challenges in 2018, it only makes it that much harder when temperatures are cold, grey skies, and constantly bundling up.
So how do you jump start the year, after celebrating (and for me, eating, and eating, and eating, and eating) for the last few months? You try new traditions? Take a different route to work? Try taking on a new hobby?
Just curious… and would love to hear what you think!
